I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a body that isn’t working the way it used to. When I retired from the U.S. Army, I was dealing with two knee injuries, a torn shoulder, and the weight of years spent pushing through pain. Physical therapy wasn’t financially feasible, so I had to figure things out on my own. It wasn’t easy. I spent years learning, trying, failing—and trying again. But through that process, I found a way to rebuild my body and reclaim my life.
That journey is what drives me to help others today. I built my private Oakland gym to be a space where people can heal, grow, and discover their strength—physically and mentally. Whether you’re coming back from an injury, just getting started, or chasing a new goal, I’m here to guide you with compassion, experience, and the belief that real change is possible. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ve walked the path, and now I’m here to walk it with you.
